1月12日，北方股份（600262）发布公告，公司副总经理薛继奎因年龄原因申请辞职，辞职自2026年1月9日起生效。辞职后，薛继奎将担任公司高级业务顾问，并在控股子公司北方智行采矿公司担任董事职务。
2025年前三季度，北方股份实现收入24.50亿元，归母净利润1.81亿元。
