1月12日，北方股份（600262）发布公告，因年龄原因，赵志远申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务。赵志远的辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效，辞职后，赵志远将担任公司高级业务顾问职务。
2025年前三季度，北方股份实现收入24.50亿元，归母净利润1.81亿元。
