1月12日，三房巷（600370）发布公告，预计2025年度归母净利润将出现亏损。
根据公司财务部门的初步测算，归母净利润为负值，具体亏损金额尚未披露，最终财务数据将以公司正式发布的2025年年度报告为准。
公司表示将加快推进财务核算工作，并严格遵循相关规定进行信息披露。
2025年前三季度，三房巷实现收入160.07亿元，归母净利润-4.67亿元。
