1月12日，凯普生物（300639）发布公告，实际控制人王建瑜计划自2026年1月13日起6个月内通过大宗交易方式增持公司股份，增持金额不低于1200万元。
2026年1月9日，王建瑜首次增持400万股，增持均价为4.53元/股，合计增持金额1812万元（不含交易费用），增持后持股比例将达到2.31%。
2025年前三季度，凯普生物实现收入4.86亿元，归母净利润-1.28亿元。
