上个星期，儿子幼儿园收下学期学费了。虽然国家有出台学龄前教育费用减免的相关政策，幼儿园也获悉，但是可能相关资金还未到位。幼儿园说等资金到位了再把该退的给退给家长。儿子今年下半年升小学了，如果升小之前资金到不了位，是不是减免的政策就享受不到了？
