1月11日，南都N视频记者从广州消防获悉，当日15时43分，市消防救援支队接报，黄埔区联和街道一建筑工地发生火灾。支队指挥中心立即调派辖区消防救援力量赶赴现场处置，16时5分，现场明火扑灭，无人员伤亡。起火点在建筑工地11楼，燃烧物为泡沫，火灾原因正在调查中。
