最新回复来了！转诊的有效时间，应根据疾病诊治需要确定，原则上非慢性疾病的转诊有效时间为三天(不含转诊当天)，慢性疾病的有效时间为七天(不含转诊当天)，对于某些慢性病、老年病或特殊情况，转诊有效时间可适当延长，但医生应当注明理由。
