格隆汇1月9日丨德林控股(01709.HK)公告，董事会欣然宣布，升级德林证券的第1类(证券交易)受规管活动牌照及相关发牌条件已自2025年12月30日起生效。德林证券将于完成与证监会持牌平台的系统连接及测试后，开始提供虚拟资产交易服务，预期将于2026年2月落实。
