1月9日，江西省南昌市安义县种粮大户凌继河给种粮能手和员工发放2129万元现金作为年终奖，这是凌继河连续15年给农民发放年终奖。凌继河团队今年粮食产量达1.27亿斤，“种粮状元”奖金达38.1万元。这支队伍里的员工有70后、80后甚至00后。
