景德镇一家三口被撞身亡案9日上午宣判，被告人廖某宇被判处死刑，缓期两年执行。
9日上午，极目新闻记者从被害人代理律师处得知，被害人家属对这个结果不满，他们将会申请抗诉，至于廖某宇是否申请上诉，法院询问的时候他没听清。
