观点网讯：1月9日消息，美国私募巨头黑石集团（BX）正筹划一笔26亿美元债务融资，以推动其旗下两家电网设备供应商的合并。由巴克莱银行牵头的银团已向杠杆贷款市场推介该交易，预计本月启动。
此次融资结构包括约20亿美元一级留置权债务和5.6亿美元二级留置权贷款，募集资金将主要用于MacLean Power Systems（MPS）的资本重组。黑石于2023年收购的Power Grid Components（PGC）亦将与MPS合并。
