中利集团(002309.SZ)午间收跌9.6%，盘初几度封跌停，股价险守3元关口，总市值90.5亿元。消息上，中利集团1月5日发布公告称，公司部分限售股即将解禁上市，本次解除限售股份的数量为11.07亿股，占公司发行总股本的36.81%，本次解除限售的股份上市流通日期为2026年1月8日，解禁股类型为其他类型。有分析称，一般而言，限售股解禁后会有一部分股份进入市场流动，供给增加容易导致股价下跌。
