IT之家 1 月 8 日消息，Micron 美光宣布其位于美国纽约州奥农达加县克莱镇的大型 DRAM 内存晶圆厂集群项目将于当地时间 2026 年 1 月 16 日正式动工。
这一集群总投资 1000 亿美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 7002.6 亿元人民币），将成为纽约州有史以来规模最大的一项单笔私人投资，完工后将形成全世界最先进的内存制造基地。
