北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）1月7日，中原银行发布公告指出，该行近日已取得国家金融监督管理总局河南监管局的《河南金融监管局关于周锋中原银行股份有限公司董事、副董事长任职资格的批复》。根据该批准文件，周锋作为中原银行执行董事及副董事长的资格已获得核准，其任期自2026年1月4日起至该行第三届董事会换届时止，任期届满后有资格重选连任。
