格隆汇1月7日｜百威英博(BUD.US)盘前涨1.58%报64.76美元。消息面上，百威英博宣布，将从Apollo Global Management牵头的财团，回购美国金属瓶业务49.9%的股权，涉资约30亿美元。该业务持有在美国六个州份的七座生产设施，百威英博将利用手头现金来支付交易，并预计在今年首季完成回购。(格隆汇)
