天宇股份(300702)1月7日公告，公司全资子公司京圣药业阿帕他胺原料药于近日通过国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心（简称“CDE”）审评。阿帕他胺是一种用于治疗前列腺癌的非甾体类抗雄激素药物，通过抑制雄激素受体信号通路发挥作用，延缓疾病进展。它主要用于非转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌（nmCRPC）和转移性去势敏感性前列腺癌（mCSPC），需在医生指导下联合去势治疗使用。
