据香港《明报》6日报道，香港爱护动物协会宣布，“全城狗狗行善日 2026”将于3月1日举行，活动获港铁公司支持及特别安排，将成为香港首个允许中小型宠物狗搭乘港铁的活动，活动收入将用于支持有需要的动物。
