1月6日，盟科药业（688373）发布公告，股东MicuRx（HK）Limited（盟科香港）计划在2026年1月28日至2026年4月27日期间，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式减持不超过1967万股公司股份，不超过公司总股本的3%。
截至本公告披露日，盟科香港持有公司股份7002万股，占公司股份总数的10.68%。据悉，盟科香港由盟科开曼100%持有，盟科开曼部分股份由公司外籍个人股东和员工持有，本次减持主要是为满足外籍股东和员工个人资金需求。
2025年前三季度，盟科药业实现收入1.04亿元，归母净利润-1.94亿元。
