1月6日，ST京蓝（000711）发布公告，公司的总裁程桃红因工作调整辞去总裁职务，辞职后不再履行相关职责，但仍继续在公司任职，持有的1800万股未行权股票期权权益不受影响。
同时，公司董事会于2026年1月4日审议通过聘任柴永福为新总裁，任期自董事会会议通过之日起至董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，ST京蓝实现收入3.32亿元，归母净利润-1.05亿元。
