1月6日，首开股份（600376）发布公告，公司总经理赵龙节因工作调整申请辞任，转任公司党委书记，并将继续担任董事及董事会战略与投资委员会委员职务。
同时，公司于2026年1月6日召开董事会，聘任李捷为新总经理，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第十届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，首开股份实现收入231.86亿元，归母净利润-31.05亿元。
