香港麦当劳公司宣布，今年1月1日起，全线餐厅管理组获加薪平均3%，具体加幅将视乎工作表现而定，表现卓越之员工加幅更高达5%。公司亦会向逾1.2万名前线及办公室员工发放500港元“麦麦打气”红包，以答谢大家过往一年的付出。
