香港特区政府土地注册处5日发布数据显示，2025年香港整体楼宇买卖合约共80702宗，同比上升18.7%，创四年来新高。 数据显示，2025年香港整体楼宇买卖合约总值6142.77亿港元，同比上升15%。其中住宅楼宇买卖登记共62832宗，总值5198.30亿港元，同比分别上升18.3%及14.4%。 据统计，2025年12月份香港整体楼宇买卖合约共8999宗，同比上升63.3%。（智通财经）
