【荃银高科：中种集团要约收购期限届满 股票停牌】财联社1月5日电，荃银高科(300087.SZ)公告称，公司于2025年12月3日披露了中种集团的要约收购报告书，要约价格为11.85元/股，要约收购股份数量189,466,350股，占公司总股本的20.00%。本次要约收购期限为2025年12月4日至2026年1月5日。截至2026年1月5日，本次要约收购期限已届满。公司股票自2026年1月6日上午开市起停牌，并将在要约收购结果公告日开市起复牌。
