1月5日，伯特利（603596）发布公告，近日公司董事会收到副总经理杨卫东递交的辞职报告，因个人原因决定辞去副总经理职务，离任时间为2025年12月31日，原定任期至2027年9月18日。辞职后，杨卫东将不在公司担任任何职务，并已做好交接工作，辞职不会对公司的日常经营造成不利影响。
2025年前三季度，伯特利实现收入83.57亿元，归母净利润8.91亿元。
