路德科技1月5日公告，公司董事会近日收到财务总监胡卫庭递交的书面辞任报告，胡卫庭因年龄原因申请辞去公司财务总监职务，辞任后将在公司担任其他职务，辞任报告自送达董事会之日起生效。公司董事会同意聘任财务副总监秦学仁任公司财务总监，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会届满之日止。
