财联社1月5日电，午后存储芯片概念持续走强，普冉股份20cm涨停，此前云汉芯城20cm涨停，兆易创新回封涨停，恒烁股份、江波龙、开普云、香农芯创均涨超10%。消息面上，在AI强劲需求带动下，2025年存储芯片价格大涨，其中DDR4 16Gb涨幅高达1800%，DDR5 16Gb涨幅高达500%，512Gb NAND闪存涨幅高达300%。
