从2025年全年来看，中国企业IPO持续升温。投中嘉川CVSource数据显示，2025年1—11月，共135家具有VC/PE背景的中企实现上市，获得VC/PE机构支持的上市企业数量同比上涨20.54%；另据清科统计，2025年前三季度共发生2029笔退出案例。其中被投企业IPO案例数为1002笔，同比上升37.8%。(21财经)
