越南人民海军的护卫舰“陈兴道（Trần Hưng Đạo）”。它从关门海峡向东航行，前往吴市。
“陈兴道”号（舷号015）是越南海军装备的俄罗斯制“猎豹3.9”级导弹护卫舰，属11661E型改进版本，满载排水量2100吨，舰长102.4米，宽13.8米，采用柴燃联合动力系统，最大航速27节。 该舰配备AK-176舰炮、KT-184反舰导弹发射器、“帕马尔”弹炮合一系统及卡-28反潜直升机，具备反舰、反潜和防空能力。
