1月4日，福建金融监管局发布行政处罚信息显示，中国农业银行股份有限公司福州台江支行及相关责任人，因违规办理银行卡业务，对中国农业银行股份有限公司福州台江支行合计处以80万元罚款，禁止吴伟从事银行业工作5年，禁止林圣超从事银行业工作5年。
