Application and Prospect of Computational Methodology in the Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory
【摘要】利用科技方法创新赋能中医药传承与创新发展是当前中医学术界共同关注的主题。自20世纪80年代起,数理统计及计算机技术被引入中医药科研,辅助中医药理论的挖掘和创新,此后机器学习、深度学习、知识图谱、临床辅助决策系统、大语言模型等多种人工智能的新兴技术不断渗透至中医药领域,为中医药理论的创新发展开启了新视角,提供了新方法,注入了新能量。本文从方法学视角切入,以中医药多学科交叉研究为背景,聚焦计算方法学在中医科研中的应用,阐述上述新兴技术对中医药理论传承与创新发展的助力作用,讨论当前存在问题及其未来发展前景,以期为中医药理论创新发展和科技突破提供有益参考。
【Abstract】Empowering the inheritance and innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) through technological methods is a key focus in the current TCM academic community. Since the 1980s, mathematical statistics and computer technologies have been introduced into TCM research, assisting in the excavation and innovation of TCM theory. Subsequently, emerging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, knowledge graphs, clinical decision support systems, and large language models (LLMs), have increasingly permeated the TCM field, opening new perspectives, providing novel methodologies, and injecting fresh energy into the innovative development of TCM theory. This paper approaches the topic from a methodological perspective, set against the backdrop of multidisciplinary TCM research, focusing on the application of computational methodology in TCM research. It elucidates how these emerging technologies support the inheritance and innovative development of TCM theory, discusses current challenges, and explores future prospects, aiming to offer useful references for theoretical innovation and technological breakthroughs in TCM.

【摘要】随着知识图谱(KG)的广泛应用,其构建过程中出现的知识缺失问题日益引起关注,因此知识图谱补全(KGC)成为当下的关键研究方向之一。知识图谱补全旨在自动识别并填补图谱中缺失的实体和关系,提升知识图谱的完整性和精准性。本文系统梳理了知识图谱补全的主要方法,包括传统方法、基于深度学习、图神经网络、强化学习及元学习的补全策略,重点分析了各自的特点与适用场景。同时,探讨了知识图谱补全技术在中医药典籍挖掘中的创新应用,通过补全技术整合分散的典籍资源,推进中医药学理论的现代化解读,融合多模态知识实现中医古籍的智能化发展与传承。该研究为中医药典籍知识的整理与现代化应用提供了理论支持与技术保障。
【Abstract】With the widespread application of knowledge graphs (KGs), the challenge of knowledge incompleteness during their construction has garnered significant research attention, positioning knowledge graph completion (KGC) as a pivotal frontier in artificial intelligence research. KGC methodologies aim to automatically identify and supplement missing entities and relationships to enhance KG integrity and precision. This paper systematically categorizes mainstream KGC approaches, including traditional statistical models, deep learning architectures, graph neural networks, reinforcement learning frameworks, and meta-learning strategies, with critical analyses of their technical characteristics and scenario-specific applicability. Furthermore, we explore KGC’s transformative role in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) classical text mining. The proposed intelligent completion mechanism synergistically integrates fragmented herbal knowledge from historical archives, facilitates modern reinterpretation of TCM theories through cognitive computing, and enables cross-modal knowledge fusion for intelligent inheritance of medical wisdom. This research establishes a methodological foundation for systematizing TCM knowledge while providing an AI-driven paradigm for revitalizing ancient medical heritage.

民国时期中医诊法理论研究
Research on the Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis during the Republican Era
【摘要】民国时期(1912—1949)中医诊法理论在中医诊法学术传承发展中处于承上启下的地位,其发展无可避免带着中西医汇通的时代烙印,启发了中医诊法现代研究发展方向。本文通过对民国时期中医诊法理论研究文献进行调研,发现西医知识的引入深刻影响了这一时期中医诊法理论传承与应用实践,民国时期诊法的研究以舌诊和脉诊为重点,在诊法原理、临床意义和运用经验等方面均有特色发明;该时期新出现的中医学分科构建思想、随之形成以诊法理论为核心的诊断学教材,也促进了中医诊法学术的创新整理与现代化传承发展。在今后的研究中,应提高对民国时期中医诊断学教材的关注,加强对有关医家诊法思想的整体研究与对同时期医家的综合对比研究,或开展更多专题式理论探讨。
【Abstract】During the Republican era (1912–1949), the theoretical development of TCM diagnostic methods played a pivotal role in the academic inheritance and evolution of TCM diagnostics. Its development was inevitably marked by the era of integration between Chinese and Western medicine, inspiring the direction of modern research on TCM diagnostics. This paper reviews the literature on TCM diagnostic theories from the Republican era and finds that the introduction of Western medical knowledge profoundly influenced the inheritance and practical application of TCM diagnostic theories during this time. Research on diagnostic methods in the Republican era focused on tongue diagnosis and pulse diagnosis, with distinctive innovations in diagnostic principles, clinical significance, and empirical applications. The emergence of new ideas in the construction of TCM disciplines and the subsequent formation of diagnostic theory-centered textbooks also promoted innovative organization and modern inheritance of TCM diagnostics. In future research, there should be increased attention to TCM diagnostic textbooks from the Republican era, enhanced comprehensive studies on the diagnostic thoughts of medical scholars of that time, and more comparative studies among medical scholars of the same period, as well as more thematic theoretical discussions.

Strategy and Method for Calculating Overall Similarity of Chinese Medicine Cases Based on Elastic Weights
【摘要】中医医案是中医药理论与经验传承的重要载体,医案相似度计算通过度量不同医案之间的相似性,可帮助医者在海量医案中快速找到与目前临床问题最为相似的古今医案。然而,既往的医案相似度算法多单独针对医案中某一部分数据,虽针对性强但难以从中医医案整体性的角度进行综合计算。基于此本研究提出了一种基于弹性权重的中医医案整体相似度计算策略与方法,并在团队自主开发的糖尿病肾病专家数据库中实现其应用。该方法既充分考虑医案各组成部分特点又能兼顾医案整体内容的相似度,能够有侧重地根据实际需求在医案库中精准匹配到所需医案,满足研究者的不同需求,提高了检索的灵活性和医案的利用率。
【Abstract】TCM medicine cases are an important carrier for the inheritance of TCM theory and experience. The calculation of medicine case similarity can help doctors quickly find the ancient and modern medicine cases that are most similar to the current clinical problems in a large number of medicine cases by calculating the similarity between different medicine cases. Previous medicine cases similarity algorithms mostly aim at a certain part of the data in medicine cases, which has a strong pertinence, but it is difficult to carry out comprehensive calculation from the perspective of the integrity of TCM cases. This study proposes a strategy and method for calculating the overall similarity of Chinese medicine cases based on flexible weights, and implements it in the diabetic nephrology expert database developed by our research team. It is concluded that this method can take into account both the characteristics of the components of the medicine cases and the similarity of the overall content of the medicine cases, and can precisely match the required medicine cases in the medical case database according to the actual needs, meeting the different needs of researchers and improving the flexibility of retrieval and the utilization of the medicine cases.

恽铁樵诊法学术特色探析
Academic Characteristics of Yun Tieqiao's Diagnostic Methods
【摘要】本文从诊法思维、原理、体系构建和教学理念等方面,对恽铁樵诊法学术特色进行探析。恽铁樵在四时为本的中医学理念指导下,汇通中西,建立了以形能观为核心的诊法思维,用体工救济机制概括病理之形能根本原理,即诸病状均为人体正气抗邪的反应。他基于生理病理机制阐释诊法原理,认为脉诊原理的关键在于神经与血行循环的关系,舌诊原理在于舌苔能显示胃肠功能,以舌与胃的神经联系为主,色诊原理亦基于神经与血的关系,强调微血管的功用。他从原理出发,紧扣临床创新构建诊法教学体系,主张以望诊为首先别死生,舌诊为要辨别虚实,并重新整理脉学结构,主张脉症相参、逐层治脉,创新学脉次第,充分体现出他先明原理、务求实用的诊法教学理念。
【Abstract】In this article, we delve into the distinctive academic features of Yun Tieqiao's diagnostic methods from aspects such as diagnostic thinking, principles, system construction, and teaching philosophy. Guided by the traditional Chinese medical concept that takes the four seasons as the foundation, Yun Tieqiao integrated Chinese and Western knowledge to establish diagnostic thinking centered onxingneng(form and functioning). He summarized the fundamental principle of pathological form and functioning using the mechanism oftigong jiuji, positing that all symptoms are reactions of the body's vital energy resisting pathogenic factors. He elucidated the principles of diagnosis based on physiological and pathological mechanisms, considering the key to pulse diagnosis lies in the relationship between the nervous system and blood circulation, the principle of tongue diagnosis in the ability of the tongue coating to reflect gastrointestinal function, primarily through the neural connection between the tongue and stomach, and the principle of color diagnosis is also based on the relationship between the nervous system and blood, emphasizing the function of capillaries. Starting from the principles and closely following clinical practice, he innovatively constructed a diagnostic teaching system, advocating that observation should first determine life and death, tongue diagnosis should be used to discern the presence of deficiency or excess, and he reorganized the structure of pulse studies, advocating for the comprehensive analysis of pulse and symptoms, layer-by-layer treatment of pulses, and innovating the sequence of learning pulses, fully reflecting his teaching philosophy of first understanding principles and striving for practicality in diagnosis.
