据美国有线电视新闻网报道，知情人士透露称，美方目前正在制定计划，将委内瑞拉总统马杜罗送往纽约，他将在曼哈顿联邦法院面临指控。
美国司法部长邦迪早些时候表示，马杜罗在委内瑞拉被捕后，“很快将在美国本土的法庭上面临美国司法的全面制裁”。
