澳大利亚房价在12月份放缓上涨步伐，悉尼和墨尔本的房价甚至出现小幅下跌，央行重启加息的风险打击楼市情绪并令2026年房地产市场前景蒙阴。物业咨询机构Cotality周五表示，澳大利亚主要城市的房价指数环比上涨0.5%，其中悉尼和墨尔本下跌0.1%。矿业中心珀斯和南部城市阿德莱德领涨，涨幅均为1.9%，布里斯班和达尔文紧随其后，上涨1.6%。（智通财经）
