人民财讯12月31日电，壁仞科技在港交所公告，公司全球发售约2.85亿股H股，公开发售占17.39%，国际发售占82.61%。最终每股发售价19.6港元，所得款项净额约53.75亿港元。公开发售获2347.53倍认购，国际发售获25.95倍认购。预期H股将于2026年1月2日上午九时开始在香港联交所交易。
