12月31日，华谊兄弟（300027）发布公告，控股子公司新圣堂影业（天津）有限公司关键技术人员周子健因个人原因申请辞去相关职务，周子健在新圣堂及下属子公司将不再担任任何职务。
2025年前三季度，华谊兄弟实现收入2.15亿元，归母净利润-1.14亿元。
