创业环保公告，2025年12月16日，公司一次性收到人民币19.89亿元历史应收账款。截止2025年12月31日，公司天津市中心城区津沽等四座污水处理厂污水处理服务费应收账款（含长期应收款）预计约为25亿元。为进一步规范支付事宜，经友好协商，天津市水务局和公司拟签署《天津市中心城区四座污水处理厂特许经营项目付费周期调整工作备忘录》，将付费周期调整为“月计量、年结算”的付费方式。
