北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 宋雨盈）12月31日，天坛生物发布公告称，张洁明因工作调整原因辞去公司董事职务，原定任期到期日为2026年5月24日。离任后，张洁明不再在公司及其控股子公司任职。
同时，天坛生物召开董事会会议，同意提名梁红军为公司第九届董事会董事，任期至第九届董事会换届。
