12月31日，好当家（600467）发布公告，董事、副总经理兼董事会秘书李俊峰因个人原因于2025年12月26日辞职，原定任期到期日为2026年5月17日。
公司于2025年12月31日召开董事会，聘任宋荣超担任新的董事会秘书，任期至本届董事会任期届满。
宋荣超，1972年出生，自2001年起任公司财务部部长，现任公司董事、财务总监、副总经理。
2025年前三季度，好当家实现收入9.36亿元，归母净利润2703万元。
