五矿资本（600390）发布公告，董事会秘书陈辉因工作调整于2025年12月31日提前离任，原定任期到期日为2026年8月6日。陈辉在辞职后将继续在公司及其控股子公司担任其他职务。
同时，公司聘任叶志翔为新任董事会秘书，任期自董事会通过之日起至第九届董事会届满之日止。
2025年前三季度，五矿资本实现收入51.92亿元，归母净利润7.54亿元。
