12月30日，蓝帆医疗（002382）发布公告，拟转让全资子公司武汉必凯尔救助用品有限公司100%股权，以获取现金对价。此次交易的对方为武汉明德生物科技股份有限公司（002932）。
本次交易的目的在于帮助公司进一步聚焦核心主业、增厚现金储备、盘活存量资产、缩短管理半径。
2025年前三季度，蓝帆医疗实现收入41.82亿元，归母净利润-2.86亿元。
