吴说获悉，澳大利亚联邦法院裁定 NGS Group、NGS Crypto 等区块链挖矿公司无牌经营并运行未注册投资计划，涉及超 450 名投资者、约 5900 万澳元资金，法院已下令强制清算并永久禁止其开展金融服务业务。法院指出，公司严重违反《公司法》并缺乏对投资者资产的管理可信度，部分资金来自自管退休基金（SMSF），加剧风险。
