格隆汇12月30日丨天数智芯(09903.HK)发布公告，公司拟全球发售2543.18万股H股，中国香港发售股份254.32万股，国际发售股份2288.86万股(以上可予重新分配)；2025年12月30日至2026年1月5日招股；发售价将为每股发售股份144.60港元，H股的每手买卖单位将为100股，华泰国际为独家保荐人；预期股份将于2026年1月8日开始在联交所买卖。
