上港集团（600018）发布公告，公司下属控股子公司集装箱码头于2025年12月29日向盐田国际集装箱码头有限公司出借资金2.25亿元，出借资金利率为2.00%，出借期限为2025年12月29日至2026年12月29日。此次出借资金的用途为归还到期委托贷款及公司日常经营支出。
2025年前三季度，上港集团实现收入299.49亿元，归母净利润112.73亿元。
