在首批公布的52个国家级零碳园区建设名单中，24个园区正在推进相关重大工程和重点项目建设，24个园区已启动前期工作并具备一定实物工作量，4个园区建设路径规划明确并即将形成实物工作量。从预期效果看，首批国家级零碳园区建成后预计产值将达到3.54万亿元。
