今年4月，上海市民政局联合市房管局印发《上海市推进“物业+养老”服务试点方案》，首批在徐汇、黄浦、长宁、虹口、普陀、杨浦、闵行、嘉定、松江等区试点。今年底根据试点情况总结经验，将适时在全市推广。
