12月26日，欣旺达公告称，公司子公司欣旺达动力科技股份有限公司作为被告，涉及威睿电动汽车技术(宁波)有限公司提起的买卖合同纠纷诉讼案件。涉案金额为23.14亿元人民币，案件尚未开庭审理。原告主张，被告在2021年6月至2023年12月期间交付的电芯存在质量问题，导致原告损失。
