观点网讯：12月26日，上海清算所公告披露，万科境内债“22万科MTN005”，延长本期中期票据的宽限期的议案生效，调整中期票据本息兑付安排的多个议案因同意票数表决权数额未达90%未生效。
据了解，“22万科MTN005”原定到期兑付日为2025年12月28日，债券余额37亿元，票面利率3.00%。
