三川智慧公告，2025年12月26日，公司召开第七届董事会第十七次会议审议通过了《关于在境外设立全资子公司的议案》，同意公司在乌兹别克斯坦投资设立全资子公司“三川（中亚）科技有限公司”，投资总额为人民币2960.98万元，注册资本为310万美元（暂定）。
