12月26日，华大九天（301269）发布公告，公司近日召开职工代表大会，一致同意选举于士涛为职工代表董事，任期与第二届董事会任期相同。
于士涛，1981年2月出生，现任公司高级研发经理，2023年12至2025年12月，任公司职工代表监事。于士涛通过员工持股平台间接持有40.2万股，占公司总股本的0.07%。
2025年前三季度，华大九天实现收入8.05亿元，归母净利润906万元。
