12月26日，百傲化学（603360）发布公告，公司财务总监王希梁因个人原因于2025年12月24日辞职，辞职后不再担任公司及子公司的任何职务。截至公告日，王希梁在任期间直接持有公司股票数量为104万股。
公司于2025年12月26日召开董事会，审议通过了聘任高鹏程为新的财务总监，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。
2025年前三季度，百傲化学实现收入10.56亿元，归母净利润1.25亿元。
