周五公布的政府数据显示，在过去十年中，韩国发生的包括黑客攻击和DDoS攻击在内的网络入侵犯罪数量几乎增加了一倍。
根据韩国数据和统计部的数据，此类事件的数量在2024年达到4526起，比2023年的4223起增加了7.2%。与2014年的2291起相比，总数几乎增加了一倍。
这类犯罪的逮捕率在2024年为21.8%，明显低于其他类型的网络犯罪，如网络钓鱼和网络欺诈，后者的逮捕率为52.1%。
